    I don't know if it is possible to set up a Directory of "Emergency Road Assistancers". I would even offer an emergency over nite "BED" for those who may get caught in a weather situation.

    VROC has no constitution (that I can find) or does it use the terms; newbee, Jr Member, Sr Member and administrator.
